How can I order?

Select the product you want to order from the online store. If the products are of different sizes or colors, you must first choose the size and color of the product.
All products you choose will automatically be added to the shopping cart.
By opening the shopping cart, you can correct the quantity of products and delete products from the cart.
Once you have entered all the items in the cart, press SUBMIT ORDER.
In the form of order, all marked* fields should be filled in.

How can I get ordered goods?

There are several variants of delivery, depending on the quantity and size of goods:

  • We will ship the good to you either by DHL/DPD courier, or in a case of small packs, by the SmartPost (we agree the way of delivery with a client in advance).

Do you send goods across borders?

Yes, we do.

How long is the term of delivery?

The TheCave OÜ orders goods from the manufacturer according to the order of a particular customer, which means that the delivery times of the products can vary from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the location, stock and production cycle of the supplier. We also have the stock of products most sold in Estonia, the delivery time of the stock is 1-3 business days after receipt of the payment to the TheCave OÜ current account. If, for any reason, the delivery time of the ordered article is significantly longer than stated in the terms, we will certainly notify you in good time. If you wish, you can cancel the order and we will refund the money you paid.

How is the payment made?

All prices in the thecave.ee e-Shop are in Euro and include VAT.
Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to pay in our online store via a direct bank link. After completing the order, an invoice will be sent to your e-mail, and you can pay through any bank. Payment for the order is made in advance. The order shall be effected after the payment of the invoice.

How can I return the product?

The 14-day refund is valid for products purchased from the online store. The buyer has the right to return the goods without justification within 14 days of the delivery of the goods. For the purpose, the buyer must make a corresponding application to the seller by e-mail info@thecave.ee and then return the goods in accordance with the agreed procedure. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.
Returned goods must be intact, in original packaging and not used.
Money paid for the returned goods is transferred to the buyers current account, within 5 business days from receipt of the goods by the seller.

How long is the warranty for the products?

According to the Consumer Protection Act, a 2-year warranty is valid for goods purchased from the www.thecave.ee online store. When using the products, it is necessary to follow the installation and operating instructions exactly as the product warranty applies only to material or manufacturing flaws. The warranty does not apply if the product is incorrectly used or worn out!
